3. Prior Year Poppy Order Paid
4. December 31 Trustees' Audit report submitted to Department
5. Quartermaster's Bond Paid
6. Club Assessment Paid (if applicable)
7. Officers elected for upcoming year
8. Prior Year National Delegate Fee Paid
9. Current donation to Hospital Recreation & Scholarship Fund credited
